What if NFTs like those sold on https://sound.xyz came with user commenting that was connected to the sold NFT? Some variations of how it could work, depending on the app being built and NFTs being released.

Only allow song owners to add to the song comments. This is cool because it adds more value to owning the song, you get to take part in the annotation of the track.
Allow anyone to comment but turn the NFT owners into admins, ensuring that comments stay within the vision of the song owners.

Results

A web app where an embedded media NFT can be played and comments made on the seconds of the track. Permissions for commenting could conform to one of the variants above.
